Crispy Halibut

1 lb. fresh halibut fillets
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cups potato chips, finely crushed

Combine chips and cheese.  Set aside.
Combine mayonnaise and 2 tbsp. lemon juice.  Dip fish in the other 2 tbsp. lemon
 juice, then in chip mixture. Arrange in greased baking dish and bake at 375 degrees for
20 minutes or until fish flakes.  Serves four.
