1 lb. fresh halibut steaks salt and pepper to taste 1 lb. small new potatoes, cooked 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. dry white wine 1/3 cup sour cream 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. paprika
Season halibut with salt and pepper and place with potatoes in greased baking dish. Dot with butter; sprinkle with wine. Bake at 425 degrees until fish flakes easily. Romove fish and potatoes and keep warm.
Drain juices from pan into saucepan. Combine with sour cream, lemon juice, paprika, and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Cook and stir until hot; do not boil. Pour over halibut and potatoes. Serves two.
