Halibut Baked in Sour Cream

2 lbs. halibut fillets, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 cup milk
2 cups coarse soft bread crumbs (4 slices)
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. dillweed
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 lemon, sliced
parsley

Coat halibut with mixture of flour, salt and pepper. Arrange in single layer in baking dish.
Pour milk over and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Brown crumbs in butter in a medium sized-skillet.  Stir dill into sour cream. Remove fish
from oven. Spoon the cream mixture over and top with toasted crumbs.  Bake 10 minutes
longer, or until the sour cream is set. Garnish with the lemon slices and parsley.
Serves six.

I love my copy. It is dog eared and annotated for every fish I have caught.
